Manufacturing Process

Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure the highest quality textiles through advanced technology and precision engineering.

The journey begins with high-efficiency warping and sizing. With four sizing machines, two warping machines, and two beaming machines, we achieve a monthly capacity of 450 tonnes, producing weaving beams for the next stage.

Our 540 water jet looms, equipped with a combination of cam and dobby attachments, produce 4.5 million meters of fabric monthly. Our zero liquid discharge system recycles 90% of water, making our weaving process highly sustainable.

Greige fabric undergoes desizing and washing for uniform dyeing. Our versatile dyeing setup includes HTHP jiggers and fully automatic soft flow dyeing machines, ensuring precise shade consistency and minimal waste.

Our rotary, flatbed, and digital printing technologies cater to industries like umbrellas, luggage, workwear, and rainwear.

As a leader in coated fabrics, we offer waterproof, flame-retardant, UV-resistant, and antimicrobial finishes for industries including umbrellas, luggage, rainwear, and workwear. Our advanced coating and lamination processes enhance durability and performance.

We are proudly associated with Global Recycled Standards (GRS) and are committed to sustainable manufacturing through solar energy, 40% reduced emissions, and a zero liquid discharge policy. By 2025, 25% of our fabrics will be made from recycled yarn.

Our 24/7 lab ensures fabric strength, color accuracy, and durability. Every batch undergoes a four-point inspection system and is shrink-wrapped for safe delivery.
